  If I could give them negative five stars I would. They try to rip you off on your trade in worse then most dealerships and then try to sell you a piece of junk. I will never stop for in this dealership again. The service department is a joke. Lord help you if you are a female going on there with a problem.... You couldn't possibly know what your are taking about according to them. Brushed me off with my issues on my brand new truck until I had 60,000km on it so the warranty was off and my tires were shot. There was no crown allowance right from factory all it needed was an alignment but as far as the service manager was concerned there is no way I could be right until he got one of his mechanics to actually drive it only to have the mechanic confirm what I was saying and then to be told they wouldn't do anything about the wrecked tires. Never again will I purchase a vehicle there or take anything there for service. Because they choose to do nothing about my concerns and I fight with the steering I ended up hating my 2016 Yukon and traded it off. But at a different dealership of course. Wouldn't take my wheelbarrow there to get looked at. Totally disgusted

  Buist service department went above and beyond to squeeze us in for a repair as we were passing through. They got us back on the road quickly and with great customer service.

  Steven in the parts department went above and beyond to help me out! I'm 4 hours away, but with one phone call he was able to get a battery for an off-brand vehicle to my mother in Rimbey and it was in stock. Excellent customer service and happy to help!
